• According to Health Canada’s application requirements for cannabis analytical testing we are legally required to destroy and dispose of a lot or batch of cannabis that has been sent to us within 90 days of the testing being completed. Because of this we strongly recommend only submitting the necessary amount required to complete the testing you request as outlined on the purchasing page to avoid wasting more product than necessary.

  • Samples can be shipped or dropped off to 26 Henlow Bay, Winnipeg, MB, R3Y 1G4.

    When shipping cannabis samples there are a few requirements to follow. Canada Post has created an informative shipping guideline which can be found here.

  • We always request enough of a sample to re-test when needed. Whenever a test result appears to be out of trend we will re-run the test to ensure we are reporting the most accurate result to you at no extra charge.

  • Each test has it’s own turnaround time, but on average you can expect results to your email in approximately three business days. Please keep in mind we are closed on weekends and holidays which can affect result turn around time.
